Our flagship Malaga cantilever parasol is an outstanding choice for prestigious golf club terraces. Built in our own workshop, it is available in sizes from 2.5 metres to an impressive 6 × 6 metres. Its robust aluminium frame, substantial 100 mm square extruded mast and stainless-steel fittings provide exceptional strength, durability and contemporary style.

The gas-assisted ‘one-move, easy-up’ system enables smooth, effortless operation. When closed, the canopy retracts neatly against the mast, leaving the covered area completely clear—ideal for allowing members and staff to move freely around tables, chairs and busy clubhouse terraces.

The Malaga commercial parasol is a high-strength commercial cantilever parasol manufactured in Morton Parasols’ Gloucestershire workshop. Its substantial aluminium frame, 100mm square mast and stainless-steel fittings make it suitable for demanding hospitality settings and a Golf Club terrace will be greatly enhanced by this superb cantilever parasol.

What sizes are available for the Malaga cantilever parasol?

The Malaga is available in square and octagonal shapes, with canopy sizes ranging from 2.5 metres to large configurations of 6 metres. Single, double and quadruple canopy arrangements are available, allowing one mast to provide shade across differently shaped outdoor spaces.

Is the Malaga commercial parasol easy to maintain and operate?

Yes. The Malaga parasol requires very little maintenance. Other that closing the canopy when not in use and employing it’s protection cover bag, there is little to do. The operating system features a power-assisted “one move – easy up” system. An integrated air (gas) spring assists with opening and closing, allowing the canopy to be operated smoothly and with minimal effort. When closed, the canopy retracts towards the mast, leaving the area beneath totally clear.

Can heating and lighting be added to the Malaga cantilever parasol?

Yes. The Malaga parasol can be fitted with optional infra-red heating and remote-controlled LED lighting. These additions can help hospitality businesses keep terraces comfortable and inviting during cooler evenings, extending the practical use of outdoor dining and seating areas.

What fabric colours are available?

There are 11 fabric colour shades to choose from. These are European solution-dyed acrylic fabrics, which are water resistant and possess a high UV rating. If you require a specific colour, please ask, as we are able to source additional fabric colours.
