Parasols for cafes

As competition grows ever fierce, Cafe chains and owners are forever seeking the smallest of advantages to draw their clients onto the premises and away from the Cafe opposite or even next door. We understand this need and liken the dilemma to the flower attracting the busy bee. It can often be a beauty competition. A blend of high quality parasols and banners (Cafe barriers) may often win the day.

We recently completed the first phase at Centenary Square, Bradford and this is a fine example of attractive equipment and branding. The Schattello model along with high quality stainless steel banners were employed and as you can see from the photo below, the effect is very pleasing to the eye. TIP: When selecting the best model for your application, consider whether or not the area must be cleared away at the end of each day and if so, check the nominal weight of the parasols.

More often, smaller parasols, such as the wooden Trieste model are used for the outside areas. Equally, The small aluminium Algarve model offers similar results.Some of the largest Cafe chains use wooden parasols to great effect, but they must always be high end on the quality scale.
