Do I have to wait many weeks for my commercial parasol?

Do you install the huge parasols?
We are able to and would be pleased to offer an estimate, however you can save a significant sum of money by arranging local installation. We have found that installation costs can add as much as £800 to the overall price of a large parasol. We believe that it is a very straight forward 'jobbing' builder level of work to install a MAY parasol and if heating & lighting is involved, simple work for a qualified electrician. Full instructions can be supplied. Our previous clients have been able to save substantial sums of money by doing this.
Is wind damage covered by guarantees or warranties?
No, we are not able to cover wind damage because all parasols should be closed and bound in winds that appear too strong. It is the responsibilty of the user to ensure this. All of our parasols come with a user guide and warnings over the potential for damage caused by wind.
Will you visit us to survey the area for parasols?
Our normal scope of supply does not include a site survey. However, in certain instances we are able to offer a surveying service if the potential client is willing to make a commitment.
Can you offer screen printing on parasols, even on just one parasol?
Yes, this is normal work for us. We would need to receive the artwork, preferably in EPS format.
How do I gauge the quality of your parasols against other manufacturers?
We can provide you with full technical specifications and high quality imagery. Also, we may well have working examples in your locality, so please ask us (there is nothing better than seeing and feeling the product at first hand). In addition we are more than confident in the build quality and longevity of the all of the range that we offer. We also keep display models of Schattello Liberty and Filius, which can be viewed by appointment.
What guarantee do you offer in respect of quality?
Different brands offer either 1 or 2 years. The May range (Filius, Schattello and Albatros) is 2-years. See warranty for more information
Are there any additional costs to the prices shown?
A delivery charge may apply, please ask. Prices shown do not include VAT.
Can you supply replacement canvas for my Parasol?
Yes, if it is a brand that we currently supply.

Where are your parasols manufactured?
Only world-class manufacturers supply our premium products range; Germany, Australia, South Africa, USA, Italy, Belgium and New Zealand. You may rest easy that all of the range is of the highest quality.
Can I buy your Umbrellas in the USA?

Where can I see examples of your parasols?
Although we do not have a show room, we keep a database of all commercial parasol installations and would be happy to supply a list of examples in your locality.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, we are able to install the large parasols
Do you offer a repair service?
We can usually assist if the parasol is a brand that we supply.
Can you arrange financing?
We don't have this facility ourselves, but we can point you in the direction of specialist companies who may be of service to you.
Do you offer credit terms?
No, I'm afraid we do not.
Do you rent out parasols?
No, sorry.
What is the most sturdy parasol type?
Centre post parasols are more sturdy than side post (cantilever) parasols. It is worth noting that any parasol should be closed in strong winds.
Can I order on line?
No, our service is a technical one and we normally expect to converse with our clients prior to an order being placed.
